Ricova Services Inc, a Quebec-owned company that fully integrates the process of collection, sorting, and reselling of recyclables, has acquired Jean-Pierre Guay Transport Inc., a company active for more than 40 years in the region of Upper Richelieu, and located in Saint-Blaise-sur-Richelieu.
With this acquisition, Ricova would like, above else, to demonstrate its leadership as a prominent company on the Quebec market in terms of the collection of residual material via containers and the recovery of recyclable materials. This acquirement has fortified its presence throughout the region of Montérégie. As a result, it is now possible to intervene on different issues relating to the management of residual material by implementing global, innovative, and tailor-made solutions for its customers.
