Brossard, May 10, 2023 – Ricova, Quebec’s most integrated company for the collection, sorting and recovery of residual and recyclable materials, has won an important bid for the collection of residual materials with the MRC des Pays-d’en-Haut. Starting next September, Ricova will collect household waste, recyclable and organic materials, as well as construction, renovation and demolition (CRD) waste for a portion of the MRC.
This one-year contract, with an option to extend, is equivalent to more than 28,500 bins that will be collected and recycled weekly by Ricova. The total tonnage generated represents approximately 8,000 tons annually.
